Delivery Information
We endeavour to dispatch orders on the same day, or at the latest the next day for fastest possible delivery times. In the unlikely event that you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us. If we anticipate a delay with your order, we will telephone or email you. Carriage is added automatically to the shopping basket before check-out. Delivery is only to the UK Mainland, Ireland and Europe. If ordering from outside of the EU please contact us.
Returns Procedure
If you find that your items are not in perfect condition we will give you a full refund. If the items are the wrong size for you, we will swap them for a charge of £4.00 to subsidise the postage costs. Please contact us to arrange a return - we will give you the appropriate returns address.
Returns Conditions
The item must be in a re-saleable condition to be accepted or for a size change. The item must not have been worn other than to be tried for size. We will not accept goods that have become dirty, even if subsequently cleaned. Returns must be made within four weeks (28 days) of purchase. If the items arrived in a manufacturer's packaging then they must be returned in the same way. It is the responsibility of the returning party to pay for return carriage costs. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return transit, it is advised to insure returns and keep proofs of sending.
